JOGA was designed to bridge the gap between traditional yoga and sports. Not all yoga is cohesive to training and rehab protocols of high-performance athletes. JOGA combines the science of breathing & relaxation with the movements of sports bio mechanics.

The JOGA system is designed to augment existing protocols in the ecosystem of sport; from strength & conditioning, skills & drills, and back-to-play rehab strategies. It is coached in a way that is understood by the athlete and the culture of sport.

The mission of JOGA is to educate and empower the athlete to learn about their human system and how to optimize it for optimal performance. The athlete will learn about their body, brain and breathing mechanics. The goal is to give the athlete a broad scope of wellness tools to keep them durable physically, mentally and emotionally.
